Shipping & Returns

Pre-orders

The collection is currently offered by pre-order. Reserving a piece now guarantees it from our first production run, and every pre-order is scheduled to ship in time for the holidays. If anything changes about your reservation, we'll email you right away.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days. During peak holiday weeks, please allow an extra day or two.

Shipping rates & delivery

Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Shipping charges and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before you pay. We ship within the United States.

Holiday ordering

Order by the holiday shipping cutoff displayed at checkout and your pieces should arrive before Christmas. Cutoff dates are updated each season.

Returns

Unused décor in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right, including the return cost.

Damaged or missing items

If a piece arrives damaged or your package goes missing, email us with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
