Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing errors and update prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email.

Payment

Payments are processed securely at checkout. We never store your full payment details on our servers.

Product availability & imagery

We work hard to keep the collection accurate, but pieces can sell out or be discontinued. Product photos are representative; slight variations in color and finish are normal for handcrafted and painted décor.

Shipping & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of your order. See our Shipping & Returns page for delivery times and returns.

Intellectual property

The Noir Nutcracker name, wordmark, site design and content are owned by Noir Nutcracker and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noir Nutcracker's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
